The Role

We’re looking for a part-time Community Manager to support day-to-day community engagement and communication across our channels in English and French. Working closely with the Director of Marketing and Creative Producer, you’ll help us build and maintain an active, passionate player base.

This is an executional role—ideal for someone who’s organized, enthusiastic, and community-savvy, with a love for games, storytelling, and digital culture.

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement Support

• Assist with monitoring and moderating Story City’s social media communities, cultivating a welcoming and engaged space for players, storytellers, and city explorers.
• Help coordinate playtest signups and track participant feedback.
• Support community conversations, post content prompts, and elevate user contributions.
• Support community moderation, guidelines, and conflict resolution.
• Engage with creators and players of location based games as part of research and ongoing community outreach & development.
