Please make sure to check your spam filter and mark us as a safe sender so you can receive your redemption link which credits the story to your account. | | Where are my tickets? | This is a ticketless event. The day before your event you will be emailed a redemption code to add the story to your account. The story will ONLY appear in the app on the day of the event.
Please check your spam filter and mark us as a safe sender. | | Story won't start | Go to the start location from your email first, and ensure Location Services are enabled for the app. | | Can't find your story | Tap your redemption link in your email from the day before the event, follow the prompts, then check Library.
The event story will only appear in app on the day of the event. | | GPS won't trigger | Turn on Location Services. If needed, use the ‘Skip the lock’ button in the map. | | Phone battery getting low | Turn off your screen while walking and connect a battery pack. | | App crashed | Reopen the app, your progress is saved automatically. If progress didn’t save, click here. | | Running late | Start any time between 12 PM and 7 PM. | | Can't solve a puzzle | Skip it! The story will continue. | | Nobody is at the start | That's normal, this is a self-guided event. More info here and here. | | At the Start Location? Do These 5 Things | Open the Story City app.
Redeem your story from your email (if you haven't already - please check spam).
Open Alice in Wonderland from Featured story in Home or Library.
Tap Start Adventure (available from 12 PM local time).
